Its simply amazing how unpredictable life can get. One moment you are happy with it and one moment you aren't happy with it. Everything takes time. So i am pacing myself and taking things step by step. By doing that , it has seriously improve things and it has work things out. I casted my fears aside and i really feel much happier now. All the tears that i have cried out , really made me feel better. Mrs Jacob had really talk some sense into me. I made a promise to the Lord that i will never harm myself again. After some thinking, i finally seen the truth that cutting is not a solution to my problems. THANKS MRS JACOB.

I have learnt a lesson in my life. Although i have learnt it the hard way , life is like a emotion roller coaster. it has ups and downs and its how we face life bravely. If we want to hide ourselves from the problems, it will never be solved so we have to dare ourselves to ride the emotion roller coaster to experience hardship .
